It is a failing of the fitness industry that exercises chosen randomly often end up overstimulating tonic muscles which need relaxation, while stretching phasic muscles which need to be activated and strengthened.
1. Is it the truth? 2. Is it fair to all concerned? 3. Will it build good will and better friendship? 4. Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
Thank you to everyone who helped make this an enjoyable event and for helping me demonstrate to some of our original founding members just how far our community has come.
